The Patent Trial and Appeal Board recently published an update to the Patent Trial Practice Guide for Inter Partes Reviews (IPRs) and other AIA proceedings conducted before the PTAB. This webinar will discuss the changes made in the Trial Practice Guide, the implications of those changes, how those changes affect strategies for Petitioners and patent owners, and what further changes might be expected in the future.
