Cancellation Policy:

Email requests for cancellations or substitutions must be sent to soneill@meetingmastersinc.com. Cancellations requested on or before September 16, 2019 will receive a refund, less a $300 processing fee. Substitutions are allowed through October 10, 2019. No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after September 16, 2019.
