Federal Circuit Bar Association Leaders Circle sponsors benefit from and help guide the Association’s premier national outreach.   • Mock Argument Participation Option (Time Sensitive). Leaders Circle sponsors may nominate an individual to participate in the Mock Argument prior to the 2019 Bench and Bar®. A limited number of spaces are available and will be considered on a “first to respond” basis. Individuals considered will be those who are at a professional stage of “rising first chair” or who are “rising advocates” (who are positioned to perform oral arguments).
