Webcasts are normally held at the headquarters of
the Federal Circuit Bar Association but can be located remotely. Webcasts allow the Circuit community to benefit from informed discussion by tuning in from their own computers to a panel of experts. A webcast
consists of a moderator and at least three panelists,
all of whom must be FCBA
members.
The length of webcast varies from one hour to
an hour and a half.
Each committee of the
FCBA is required to schedule two webcasts within the year. Original materials submitted for each webcast assist
in the approval for CLE accreditation.
