Bench & Bar® Conference

The 2024 Bench & Bar^® Conference was held from Wednesday, June 19 – Saturday, June 22, 2024, at The Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, SC. The Conference featured an extensive, coordinated, effort to discuss the important issues confronting the Federal Circuit community.

Attendees were able to access the flagship Bench & Bar^® sessions in-person and remotely, and explore leading-edge matters across the national Circuit. Attendees were also able to gain insights from adjudicators, government policy makers, leaders, top private practitioners, and others, via panel discussions, Q&A sessions, and unique, networking opportunities.

Panelists will included star appellate practitioners, Federal Circuit, government, and district judges, and corporate lawyers who are experts in their respective fields.
