Does the FCBA offer CLE credit for its events?
The FCBA will request CLE credit for our annual Bench & Bar® Conference, and for Horizon Series Webcasts for FCBA members and paid non-member registrants who request it.
How do I receive CLE credit for the Bench & Bar Conference or Webcast?
In order to receive CLE Credit, you must complete a CLE Request Form and send it to CLE@fedcirbar.org within 48 hours of the event.
Is CLE credit available for every state?
At this time, CLE credit for webcasts is not available for Indiana, Ohio, Puerto Rico, or South Carolina.
What happens after I request CLE credit for an eligible event?
The FCBA requests CLE credit after the conclusion of a conference or webcast. After the CLE activity is approved by a jurisdiction, the FCBA will verify the attorney’s attendance at the event and then send the attorney a Certificate of Attendance via email.
What if I have other questions or have not received a Certificate of Attendance?
Please contact CLE@fedcirbar.org.
