The Federal Circuit Bar Association® (FCBA) will host a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program on October 8, 2024, at the Four Seasons Hotel, Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto. This special event, which coincides with the Federal Circuit’s Court Week in Palo Alto CA, will bring together the esteemed judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. In addition, our expert speakers will share the latest developments in patent case management, everyday litigation challenges, and emerging trends in patent litigation, offering attendees a comprehensive view of the current landscape. The program will include an engaging fireside chat, and culminate with a CAFC Judicial Panel, providing a rare chance to interact with judiciary members and discuss important issues impacting the Federal Circuit community and beyond.
