The Federal Circuit Bar Association® (FCBA) will host a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program on October 7, 2025, at the Harvard Club of Boston. This special event, which coincides with the Federal Circuit’s Court Week in Boston, MA, will bring together the esteemed judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. District Courts and the Federal Circuit Legal and Academic community. Expert speakers will share the latest developments in patent case management, everyday litigation challenges, and emerging trends in patent litigation, offering attendees a comprehensive view of the current landscape. This program will include culminate with an engaging CAFC Judicial Panel, providing a rare chance to interact with judiciary members and discuss important issues impacting the Federal Circuit community and beyond.
