The Federal Circuit Bar Association® (FCBA) will host a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program on October 6, 2026, at the University Club of Chicago. This special event, which coincides with the Federal Circuit’s Court Week in Chicago, IL, will bring together esteemed judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) and other courts, in addition to distinguished members of the legal and academic community. Thought leaders will discuss emerging trends in patent litigation. This program will also include a CAFC Judicial panel discussion and culminate with a Fireside Chat.
