Summary: The Government’s right to terminate contracts for convenience is one of the unique features of government contracts. Our expert panel will discuss contracting parties’ rights and obligations when a government contract is terminated, provide an overview of the key termination cases from the Federal Circuit, and highlight open questions that the Court has yet to address.
