Summary: When must pre- and post-award bid protests be filed to be heard and for the protester to obtain meaningful relief?  Experienced bid protest attorneys from private practice will discuss the Federal Circuit’s views on timing of bid protests and areas where additional guidance from the Federal Circuit would be helpful.
