The 2025 Bench & Bar® Conference will be held at The Meritage Resort & Spa from June 18-21 in Napa Valley, CA. The Conference will feature an extensive, coordinated, effort to discuss the important issues confronting the Federal Circuit community.
Attendees will be able to access the flagship Bench & Bar® sessions in-person and remotely and explore leading-edge matters across the national Circuit. Attendees will also be able to gain insights from adjudicators, government policy makers, leaders, top private practitioners, and others, via panel discussions, Q&A sessions, and unique, networking opportunities.
Panelists will include star appellate practitioners, Federal Circuit, government, and district judges, and corporate lawyers who are experts in their respective fields.
