Testimonials
“I found my participation in the 2012-13 Global Fellows Program to be very helpful for my practice. The program gave the participants a thorough understanding of the ways in which German patent law and patent litigation practice differs from US law and practice and an explanation of the efforts underway to use certain aspects of each to form a model for global patent rules and procedures.”
John P. Hanish, Ph.D
Goodwin Procter LLP
“Great insights obtained into the prosecution and litigation of patents in Europe, particularly Germany. Plus great friendships and contacts made and reinforced. Perhaps expand to other jurisdictions next time – Asia?”
Piers A. Blewett
