FCBA Regular Member Sponsorship

Sponsors make a difference through improving the administration and the facilitation of justice in the Circuit community. Our Sponsors play a pivotal role by informing the Circuit’s legal community through the business perspective on substantive issues, serious-minded exchanges, and educational and charitable activities.

A Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Sponsors can help support the Association’s commitment to increasing diversity, equity, and inclusiveness throughout the Circuit community, via allocating new FCBA Memberships to partners and associates from under-represented groups within the sponsoring firm’s organization.

Sponsorship Benefits

Recognizing that our FCBA Members represent organizations which vary in size, we have four levels of sponsorship:

Level I ($15,000)
• Up to 50 Regular FCBA Memberships

Level II ($7,500)
• Up to 25 Regular FCBA Memberships

Level III ($4,500)
• Up to 15 Regular FCBA Memberships

Level IV ($1,500)
• Up to 5 Regular FCBA Memberships

• FCBA Memberships can be used for new or renewing FCBA Members.
o Assigned FCBA Memberships are valid through June 30, 2025.
o Memberships are at the FCBA Regular Membership level.
o Sponsors can apply the membership to the annual dues for renewing FCBA Members.

• Benefits of becoming an FCBA Member include:
o Committee involvement opportunities.
o Pro Bono opportunities.
o Federal Circuit Bar Journal and other digests.
o Fastcase Legal Research access.
o Member pricing on programs.

• Recognition at national and regional FCBA sponsored or co-sponsored events and programs.
