FCBA PTAB and TTAB Committee

The Association’s PTAB and TTAB Committee addresses the impact of PTO PTAB and TTAB proceedings, decisions, and practice in the Federal Circuit community and implications for court management and best practices in view of AIA post-grant, inter partes review and covered business method proceedings. It will also provide information to the FCBA community regarding issues affecting PTO PTAB and TTAB appeals at the Federal Circuit. The portfolio is one of the most active in the Association.
