Veterans Appeals and Veterans Pro Bono Committee

How To Join
Home › Committees › Veterans Appeals and Veterans Pro Bono Committee
FCBA Veteran Appeals Committee

Administers the pro bono efforts of Association members on behalf of Veterans. To that end, the Committee manages the assignments and screenings of cases to Committee members seeking to provide pro bono legal services for Veterans.

Educates Association members regarding Veterans issues and legal developments. It studies issues that come before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC), including those that develop at the CAVC and educates and assists Association members in providing competent pro bono representations to Veterans or survivors who have taken appeals to the CAFC and who wish to be represented by counsel.
