Diversity Committee

The Association’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Justice Committee is committed to awareness and encourage open dialogue on matters of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (“DEIJ”) as they relate to the Federal Circuit community. The Committee supports DEIJ projects and programming, including in collaboration with other FCBA Committees and other voluntary bar associations. The Committee provides tools and resources to the FCBA community that can assist FCBA members in promoting DEIJ issues within the Federal Circuit community and within the profession. The Committee also works with the FCBA to identify areas of underrepresentation among the FCBA membership and the Federal Circuit community and concrete recommendations to increase awareness of and address underrepresentation.
