MSPB Committee

The Merit Systems Protection Board Appeals Committee studies the Federal Circuit’s opinions in MSPB cases and provides a voice for Association members who practice before the MSPB and the Court. The Committee also coordinates educational outreach programs concerning matters of federal personnel law. The Committee works to establish, maintain relations, and coordinate activities with the other FCBA Committees as appropriate to advance FCBA and Committee programs and objectives.
